The ceramic particles filtrating
material is made in by choosing the excellent pottery
clay and adding to the pore-forming material, bonding
clay, through the processes as, ball grinding, sieving,
compacting, and calcination. Its surface is hard,
and there are many micro-pore pores among it. In addition,
there are larger specific surface areas, higher porosity,
and so on. During the water treatment, there are many
characteristics for this product, such as, the stronger
capacity of the pollutant entrapment, lower loss of
the pressure head, longer filtration period, and smaller
water consumption of reverse washing. It is a sort
of novel filtrating material, which can increase the
output of water, improve the quality of water, and
save the energy consumption.

Molecular sieve |
The molecular sieve is a kind of
the crystal aluminosilicate. Because there are even pore
size and much higher specific surface areas, there are
many of the excellent merits. (1) The selective absorption
as the different size and shape of molecules, that is
to say, it only absorbs those molecules of which the diameter
is less than the pore size of molecular sieve. (2) To
those smaller polar molecules and the unsaturated molecules,
it has the property of selective absorption. The bigger
the polarity is, and the higher the unsaturation is, the
stronger property of the selective absorption is. (3)
It has much stronger property of water sorption too. No
matter in the situations of higher temperature, larger
space velocity, or lower content of water it is, there
is rather higher capacity of water sorption.
Now, there are many types of the molecular sieve, such
as 3A, 4A, 5A, 10X, 13X, and Cu2+ etc., which can be produced

Usage:

(dewaxing) in the petroleum and its cut fractions. The
quality of the oil dewaxed has the same excellent property
as the aviation kerosene of the low freezing point, and

9.Regenerating
conditions of the molecular sieve
u The inlet temperature of the absorbing column: 250-320℃
,the outlet temperature: ≧150℃。
u The regenerating gas must be dried and can not contain
the possible absorbing compositions of molecular sieve
(Customers had better utilize the drying nitrogen).
u Regenerating time: 3-4h under the constant temperature
u In general, the temperature of bed layer is reduced
for the later utilization with the regenerating gas cooling.
10. Notice to order goods:
u For the molecular sieve is easy to absorb the moisture,
it should be stored in the dry place, and avoid of exposing
into the air. If the molecular sieve has absorbed the
moisture and become wetted after laying aside for long
term, it should be regenerated to use, and its property
will not changed.
u For A and X type molecular sieve, if it is applied to
in the solutions, the values of pH should be controlled
in the range of 7~11, and the utilizing temperature should
not exceed to 600℃, or it may loss the activity.
u If the special type of molecular sieve is needed, our
company can research and develop for customers.
u If there is some difficulties during the utilization
for customers, the technological staff of our company
will provide the service on sites. |
